Here’s a new feature I’ll try to keep up over the next few weeks on the road (tracks?) Four of my favourites from this week which has generally seen a lot of celebrating, making, cleaning and packing.
1. A Five Year anniversary celebration at Chotto Matte before seeing The Elephant Man at the Theatre Royal Haymarket. Incredible food, stunning production.
2. Building our own garden furniture and getting new found joy from our little patch of London now that the overgrown trees next door have gone and light can shine on through. YAY.
3. Essential “using up food in the fridge” baking that resulted in these herby ricotta and parmesan scones.
4. Packing my rucksack this morning with my favourite helper on standby to fill the space if need be.
